This tut is written using the PTU kit designed by Digicats (and Dogs) called Rainy Season which can be purchased at Scrappetizing. It was written using PSPX, but is adaptable to any version and is for people with a good working knowledge of PSP.
No outside supplies or filters needed.
This kit contains many natural elements which made it quite easy to create a pretty forest scene. The tut is pretty much all just copy and paste. All elements are true to size for a tagger kit, so I mainly used my deform tool to resize and position.
Open new image 600 by 600, fill with white. C/P DCD_Frame09. I changed the color of the frame to a green by using Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Hue, Saturation and Lightness, add a drop shadow.
C/P DCD_Aurora and drag layer below the frame, resize so that it does not show on the sides from beneath the frame. C/P DCD_Vines02 and position along the left side of the frame, drop shadow. C/P DCD_Fae02 and let her sit on the bottom of the frame, drop shadow. Add DCD_MysticBling and drag below the frame, resize and position it along the top part of the frame. C/P DCD_Rainbow03, resize and position this layer on top of the frame and slightly above it.
C/P DCD_CherryTree02, resize and position on top of frame, but under the fae poser on the top right corner. C/P DCD_Unicorn01 on bottom right. I used DCD_Flowers02 and resized and duplicated it 3 times. Position two of the flower layers below the unicorn on your layer palette and two on top of the unicorn. C/P DCD_Bird01, resize and place it on the fae’s fingertips. Then I added DCD_ButterflyBling to the left side on the vined ladder, duplicate, mirror and position below the first layer of butterflies. I erased the bottom two butterflies on the duplicated layer.
You can now add your text, watermark, and copyright information and you’re done!
