Angel's Delight

Angel's Delight

This tut was written by me, Em Jay, on 2-3-10 with all rights reserved.  Please do not copy and paste it in any group or call it your own. You can link to it using a text link to my blog.

This tut is written using a PTU kit created by Nette’s NightOwl Works called Angel’s Delight which you can find here.   It was written using PSP9, but is adaptable to any version and is for people with a good working knowledge of PSP.

The supplies you need:
Mask I used is here.

Open an image 500 x 500 and floodfill with white. Select all, add new raster layer, copy/paste np5 into selection. Apply mask that is supplied and merge group.

Copy/paste TMSglitterframes, image/rotate/free rotate right, 20. Use magic wand outside of the frame, modify/expand 2. Copy/paste np2 on new layer, hit delete.  Drag this layer down below the frame.  Select none.  Highlight frame layer and add drop shadow.

Copy/paste princesslala_funkyskies_sun2 on top of mask layer, adjust size with deform tool, add drop shadow

Open both poser angels, duplicate them and close the originals. Resize each by 65%. Copy/paste one over the right frame, duplicate and drag original below the frame.  Do the same with the second poser over the left frame. Drop shadow bottom layers of both posers. Highlight the bottom angel on the right side and close the top duplicate layer. Use your lasso set to point-to-point, antialias checked. Make a selection from arould the bottom of that frame and down around the bottom of her gown, hit delete. Highlight top duplicate copy of the poser and use your lasso tool to select the bottom of her dress. Don’t be afraid to go inside the frame because the bottom layer will be there. Leave the wings showing on top of the frame.  Do the same thing with the poser layers on the left frame.

Open candle and candle2. Resize and shape them with your deform tool. Make a little cluster of candles and merge the candles together on one layer, add a drop shadow. Copy/paste love_charm4 and resize and position it, add drop shadow. Add text, copyright and watermark.  Open both Small_Glittery_Stars and use your selection tool to select the very top star, cut, paste as new layer. Place the stars here and there all over your image until you’re satisfied with the way they all look.  Merge all visible. You’re done!

Hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
